| Payment terms: | Advance payment in the amount of 30 (thirty)% of the price of the Agreement in the amount of 45 (forty five) calendar days after the Buyer has received an invoice for payment and the advance payment has been secured.
Payment in the amount of 50 (fifty)% of the price of the Agreement in the amount of 45 (forty five) calendar days after the submission to the Buyer of the documents specified in clause 5.2. Of the Agreement, and the signing of a consignment note in the form of TORG-12.
Calculation in the amount of 20 (twenty)% of the price of the Agreement 45 (forty five) calendar days after the Parties have signed the Certificate of Completion. |
