Payment terms:Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receiving the Goods by the Consignee
Delivery terms:Mandatory requirements for participants of the competition:
1) prices should be specified under DDP conditions (delivery to the consignee's warehouse is included in the price);
2) the goods must be of the original factory, with certificates of quality and origin of the manufacturer. It is necessary to indicate the manufacturer for each item of the TMC.
3) it is necessary to attach:
- an official commercial offer with an indication of the contacts of the responsible manager, as well as a full description and characteristics of the proposed commodities/ comms. Offers without an official KP will not be considered. The offer is valid for at least 30 calendar days;
- dealer certificate
- reference list
- latest financial statements
- company card with details
4) the supplier must be able to exchange documents through the Kontur.Diadok system;
5) requirements for the form of the contract - according to the buyer's form.
6) the package must ensure the safety of the cargo from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage, each place must be labeled with a label according to the Buyer's shape;

This request for proposals does not constitute a tender or a public tender within the meaning of Art. 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions until the signing of the agreement with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer that exceed those listed in the terms of the competition.
