Ranking of bids

Comments:
An application for participation in the trading procedure for the electronic trading platform of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru) must be submitted with an indication of the rate in rubles, while, without fail, attaching a quotation in the form of Appendix 1.

It is necessary to have documentation confirming the quality of the products. In the case of delivery of products manufactured outside the EAEU, the Supplier is obliged to simultaneously provide copies of the goods declaration for the delivered products and the international waybill (CMR) along with the products. Information in these documents of a commercial nature may be hidden.
It is not necessary to provide GTE and CMR in the following cases if:
1. Items with a value of less than 50,000 rubles excluding VAT for one item in the specification / invoice.
2. Items that are purchased from an authorized dealer / distributor / trading house, provided that the manufacturer / supplier provides an up-to-date certificate / letter confirming the official dealership.
