- decision on the election (appointment) of the head of the Organization;
- order on the entry into the post of head of the Organization for his signature;
- the second and third page of the passport of the leader of the organisation;
- financial statements for the year preceding the transaction, Declaration on payment of income tax, the VAT for the last period and during the operation of the Treaty, but not more than once every quarter;
- lease or ownership certificate on the premises where the organization or another Treaty confirming the location (possession) of office space.
