Comments: The commercial offer (offer) must NECESSARILY contain the following essential conditions:
- the name of the product with reference to the regulatory and technical documentation (GOST, TU, SRT, etc.), to the MANUFACTURER;
- the quantity of products offered for delivery in the units of measurement corresponding to the subject of purchase;
- the price of products per unit of measurement;
the basis of delivery (place of delivery, method of transportation, information about the costs included in the price of the goods, the time of transfer of ownership);
delivery period and delivery time of products;
- terms and conditions of payment for products.
The validity period of the commercial offer is 1 month.
The delivered product must be new (a product that has not been used, under repair, including one that has not been restored, whose components have not been replaced, consumer properties have not been restored), free from the rights and claims of third parties, made on its own or by dealer, as well as equated to to third-party contracts.
A mandatory requirement is the availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods, a certificate of approval of the type of measuring instruments, a valid certificate of verification of measuring instruments or an impression of a verification stamp.
This notice is not a notice of a request for proposals and has no relevant legal consequences. The Customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the procedure of an open request for proposals at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.
The winner of the request for proposals will be selected by the participant who has proposed the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notification.
