Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment by the Buyer of the cost of products to the Supplier is made upon delivery of all products on the basis of the invoice (or UPD) received by the Buyer:
I. within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signature by the Consignee of the receipt order after receipt of the Products of the proper quality and completeness (for the winner/sole (a participant that is not an SME entity).
II. within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of signature by the Consignee of the receipt order after receipt of the Products of the proper quality and completeness (for the winner/sole (a participant that is an SME entity).
The offer should unambiguously determine the unit price; the total price of the contract on the terms specified in the request; the validity period of the proposed price, additional costs (supervision, supervision and etc.); calculation of the price of the proposal on the form of the sample sent in the request table with the annex (if necessary) deciphers for individual costs in order to prevent intentional overstatement or understatement product prices, etc.
The term of validity of the TCH should expire not earlier than 01.07.2020.
Delivery requirements: supplied Products must be new, not used (used). The Supplier guarantees the quality and reliability of the supplied Products.
This information collection procedure does not entail any obligations for the customer.
