Mandatory uploading of the commercial proposal by the participating organization.
The winning organization that does not have a valid agreement with PJSC "Izhstal" within three days will have to provide the documents necessary to conclude the agreement:
1. A copy of an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, EGRIP for the counterparty, issued by the inspection of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation (no later than a month ago).
2. A copy of the decision on the appointment of the head of the counterparty (minutes of the meeting of participants (shareholders), the decision of the sole founder).
3. A copy of the Charter with a mark of FSN
4. Counterparty questionnaire
5. Copies of powers of attorney for persons entitled to sign documents on behalf of the counterparty.
6. A copy of the certificate of state registration of the counterparty (OGRN, OGRNIP).
7. A copy of the registration certificate (TIN).
8. A copy of the VAT declaration (1, 2 sheets) or a copy of the application with the mark of the Federal Tax Service on the transition of the simplified tax system or UTII.
9. Certificate of absence of tax arrears.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
Place of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on the e-marketplace of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature.
If the Participant does not have the technical ability to submit an offer through the functionality of the electronic trading platform, the Organizer of the procedure has the right to accept an offer from such a participant to the e-mail address IZH-B2B@izhstal.ru, independently uploading this offer to the site through the System's functionality, subject to the following conditions:
¬- The Participant must be registered in the System;
-¬ the proposal must be sent to the e-mail address no later than 4 working hours before the deadline for accepting Proposals specified in the Notification with the obligatory notification of the responsible person by phone.
The documents must contain an official letter of appeal to the Purchase Organizer with a request to place an electronic version of his proposal and refusal of any claims related to the fact that the Offer in the System will not be posted by the Participant himself.
