| Payment terms: | Payment for the Products shall be made to the Supplier upon delivery on the basis of an invoice within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Consignee of the Acceptance Control Act (Acceptance Act) after receiving the Products of adequate quality and in proper completeness and presenting the documents named in the contract. |
