Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The Buyer pays for the cost of the products to the Supplier upon delivery of all products stipulated by the Agreement, on the basis of the invoice (or UPD) received by the Buyer,
I. within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Consignee of the act of entry control / receipt after receipt of the Product of proper quality and in proper completeness (for the winner / sole participant who is not an SME entity).
II. within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Consignee of the act of incoming control / receipt order after receiving the Products of proper quality and in proper completeness (for the winner / sole participant who is a SME entity).
The proposal must clearly define the unit price; the total price of the contract on the terms specified in the request; validity period of the offered price, additional costs (installation supervision, commissioning supervision, etc.); calculation of the offer price in the form of a sample of the table sent in the request with the attachment (if necessary) of transcripts for individual costs in order to prevent deliberate overstatement or understatement of product prices, etc.
The TCH must expire no earlier than 01.06.2021.
Delivery requirements: the supplied Products must be new, not previously used (used). The Supplier guarantees the quality and reliability of the Products supplied.
Carrying out this procedure for collecting information does not entail any obligations for the customer.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:
Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
