All prices in the proposal should include all taxes and other mandatory payments the rate of all related services, as well as all of the discounts offered by the provider. 5. Be sure to attach certified model forms. 6. Participant must have experience in providing this type of service from 1 (one) year. 7. During the RFP required "peretorzhka".
