Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
Payment is made in the form of a non-cash settlement by transferring 100% of the cost of the supplied equipment to the Supplier's current account, within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the Consignment Note of the unified form TORG-12, based on the issued original invoice, invoice and documents, confirming the fact of delivery of products.
Delivery terms:
The Supplier undertakes the obligation, independently or with the involvement of third parties, to deliver the Equipment to the place of the Buyer's installation. The Supplier undertakes to pay all costs for the delivery of the Equipment, including with the involvement of movers, if necessary, and the Buyer undertakes to pay the cost of delivery of the Equipment (which includes compensation to the Buyer for all delivery costs). The Supplier attaches a decryption of the delivery cost to each of the addresses indicated in the Buyer's applications, provided that it was previously agreed by the Parties. A complete list of branches of AlfaStrakhovanie JSC is given in Appendix No. 2.

The winner undertakes to conclude a supply agreement, NDA and an agreement on the use of EDF in the form of AlfaStrakhovanie JSC.
EDF work is a prerequisite for cooperation.
