Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

The winner undertakes to conclude a supply agreement, an NDA and an agreement on the use of EDI in the form of JSC "AlfaStrakhovanie".
Work on EDI is a prerequisite for cooperation.
Deferred payment is a prerequisite for cooperation.

The buyer is a commercial organization that does not fall under the
Federal Laws No. 44-FZ "On the Contract System in the Field of procurement of goods, Works, Services for State and Municipal Needs" and No. 223-FZ "On Procurement of Goods, Works, Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities".

All actions on the request and receipt of commercial offers before the
signing of the contract are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the buyer
that exceed the listed obligations in the posted terms
of a potential purchase.
