Dear participants.

3. The contract and the specification for the supply are concluded in the form of Udokan Copper LLC, the forms are included in the procurement documentation.

4. Without b2b accreditation for Udokan Copper LLC, the contract and specification for the supply are NOT CONCLUDED. (accreditation for Metallinvest is accepted)

5. At the time of submission of the TAP, it is necessary to specify information about which products from the request are traceable.

7. All deadlines are agreed with the contractor, according to the terms of reference.
