Contract conclusion date:
The contract between the customer and the winner is not earlier than in ten calendar days from the date of purchase of the results (protocol on the results of the competition) on the site in a single information and telecommunication network "Internet" (www.zakupki.gov.ru), but no more twenty working days from the date of acceptance by the customer decisions about the contract from the date of signing of the protocol on the results of the competition, except in cases where, in accordance with Russian law and the Charter of the Customer is required to conclude a contract its approval of the competent management body of the Customer, as well as cases where the actions (inaction) of the Customer in the implementation of procurement appealed to the antitrust authority or the courts. In such cases the contract shall be concluded within 20 business days from the effective date of anti-monopoly body's decision or court order providing for contract conclusion or from the date of approval of the contract conclusion by the respective authoritative body of the Buyer.
