Payment terms:the manner and terms of payment-cashless payments, 100% postpay billing after delivery and complete installation of equipment at the customer's site. Payments are made in rubles of the Russian Federation within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that the Customer properly designed originals of invoices, bills and acts of works done on delivery of the equipment supplied.
• If the cost of the equipment is defined in a foreign currency payable in rubles according to exchange rate RUSSIAN rouble, established by the Bank of Russia on the date of conclusion of the contract (or the date of the additional agreement to a Treaty) (hereinafter referred to as the Kish ). However, if on the date of the order established by the Central Bank of Russia exchange rate for the ruble of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Know-how) concerning Kish:
o will rise by more than 5%, then the rate will be recalculated and implemented the payment (Kitog) will be equal to: Kish (Kish-Know-how) * 0.5;
o drop by more than 5%, then Kitog is Know-how.
Delivery terms:equipment delivery is carried out by the supplier for the objects of the customer upon receipt of the relevant orders from the customer.
The term of delivery of equipment to the Customer no longer than 60 calendar days from the date of placing the order, installation period is not more than 45 calendar days from the date of delivery of the equipment for the objects of "Carousel."

We invite you to take part in the next annual competition for choosing a supplier of equipment for the cooling systems of objects "company X 5 Retail Group" for TCF "Carousel").
By competition is not competition (tendering form) provided art. 447-449 CC of the RF.
The procedure and conditions of participation in the request for proposals
Request for proposals will be held according to the application specification (annex 1) in conformity with the technical requirements.
