Confirmation of eligibility of the participant can be carried out both by all criteria and selectively. Refusal of the participant from this procedure may be considered by the Competition Commission as the provision of knowingly false information. The application of the bidder who does not meet the requirements will be rejected.
The organizer of the competition has the right to refuse to hold the contest at any time before signing the protocol on the results of the competition, without incurring any liability to the contest participants or third parties to whom such action may bring losses.
The customer may change the terms of take stock stages of "consideration of proposals of participants" and "take stock of the results of procurement procedure".

Подтверждение соответствия Участника квалификационным требованиям может проводиться как по всем критериям, так и выборочно. Отказ Участника от данной процедуры может расцениваться конкурсной комиссией как предоставление заведомо ложной информации. Заявка участника конкурса, не отвечающего требованиям, будет отклонена.
Организатор конкурса имеет право отказаться от проведения конкурса в любое время до подписания протокола о результатах конкурса, не неся никакой ответственности перед Участниками конкурса или третьими лицами, которым такое действие может принести убытки.
