Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Non-cash payment. Advance payment and phased payment according to the schedule of work.
Delivery terms:Work on TK and working documentation. The deadline is not more than 120 calendar days.

1. Detailed conditions and requirements are specified in the Terms of Reference;
2. To participate in the selection, you must attach a commercial offer;
3. All attached documents must be readable, in PDF format with the signature and seal of the company;
4. Defining indicators of the tender: the cost of work, the amount of advance payment, the deadline for performance of work, warranty obligations.
5. The calculation is carried out according to the specification.
