Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
- advance payment in the amount of 27.78% (twenty seven and seventy eight hundredths of percent) of the Contract Price is paid by the Customer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of the Contract by the Parties on the basis of an advance payment received from the Contractor;
- payment for the services rendered in Stage 1 in the amount of 72.22% (seventy two and twenty two hundredths percent) of the cost of services in Stage 1 is paid by the Customer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance of the rendered services in Stage 1, based on the account received from the Contractor;
- payment for the services rendered in Stage 2 in the amount of 72.22% (seventy two and twenty two hundredths percent) of the cost of the Services under the relevant Order shall be paid by the Customer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance of the rendered Services according to the relevant Instruction, based on the invoice received from the Contractor.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds from the Customer’s account to the Contractor’s settlement account.
The date of payment shall be the date of transfer of funds to the correspondent account of the Contractor's bank.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
