4) By participating in the bidding Supplier agrees, if awarded the contract, to conclude a standard supply agreement of AO Cordiant without a protocol of disagreements and carry out the delivery subject to the conditions specified in purchase announcement.

7) If the contractor is not the manufacturer of the supplied products, and he can not provide the documents (supplier's status shall be confirmed by an official letter (certificate) by a manufacturer or the information on the supplier's status shall be provided on the manufacturer's website), proposal of such contractor shall be considered provided that he agrees to include into the supply contract a provision stipulating penalties amounting to 100% of the supplied products cost to be paid in case supplied are the products non-complying with the requirements specification (supply of not genuine products), and provision of 100% payment deferral of at least 45 days.
