Comments: 1. Unconditional consent to conclude a contract in the standard edition of PSC ChMK (Appendix No. 3).
Be sure to attach the letter of consent to conclude the contract in the standard version of PAO ChMK (Appendix No. 4);
2. The equipment must comply with the requirements specified in the terms of reference (Appendix No. 2);
3. Mandatory attachment to the system of documents specified in the procurement documentation (Appendix No. 1);
TCH validity period - not less than 90 days;
4. Year of release - 2019.
5. The quantity may be changed due to changes in applications.

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
