Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:by agreement of the parties preferred suppliers offering deferred payment not less than 30 days.
Delivery terms:Supply is made by a supplier to a warehouse of the buyer. Lot is indivisible.

Delivery of analogues are not allowed.

Merchandise must be in new, undamaged, in a package suitable for transportation.
Indication of the producer of the goods required.
Making requisition of passport/certificate of the product required.
Provision of guarantees for the products required.
If the supplier of the goods is the dealer must submit requisition dealership agreement.
Delivery time is determined by agreement of the parties.
Should indicate the specific time of delivery from the moment of conclusion of the contract (10 days/30 days, etc.)
The ability to deliver the goods as soon as possible after the conclusion of the contract the supplier an advantage in choosing the winner.
