1. Copies of constituent and registration documents of the counterparty:
• Charter (taking into account all additions and changes);
• Certificate of entering data into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
• Tax Registration Certificate;
• Chief Appointment Document;
• Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities received not earlier than 30 days before the date of submission;
2. A copy of the document confirming the authority of the person entitled to act on behalf of this legal entity (power of attorney);
3. A copy of the passport of the place of residence of the individual entrepreneur;
4. Copies of all permits confirming the right of the counterparty to carry out certain actions (licenses, etc.) for the types of activities related to the interaction of the counterparty with the GAZ Group;
5. Copies of insurance policies (in the case of activities subject to insurance in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation) for the types of activities related to the interaction of the counterparty with the GAZ Group;
6. Financial statements for the last reporting period (balance sheet and statement of financial results) for 2019;
7. Certificate received from the tax authority, confirming the fulfillment of obligations to pay taxes and fees, received no earlier than 30 days before the date of submission;
8. Reviews (letters of recommendation), if any
9. Supplier's card with bank details, signed and sealed.

The statutory documents must be downloaded as an archive file.
