Auto-extension

Comments:
1) KP should be issued on an official letterhead with the seal and signature of the head, with mandatory reinforcement on ETP B2B.
2) Commercial proposal shall specify:
- unit cost including VAT on the terms of pick-up from the terminal in the city. Vladivostok.
- the time of readiness for shipment.
- Place of loading on the basis of self-delivery;
- the number of containers that can be delivered (in case of impossibility of delivery of the whole volume);
- payment terms
- warranty period
3) The container must be suitable for sea and rail transport (presence and integrity of rubber seals, intact door retention mechanisms, absence of dents and damage to the container) and certified for maritime and rail transport (The container number must contain 7 (seven) digits and a prefix (4 letters) .$
Shipment of goods in a container with prefix — XXXX or other, not registered in the database of the carrier (Russian Railways or sea line) is inadmissible
5) The proposed container must necessarily meet the requirements of the Buyer, in the TCH it is necessary to reflect it.
6) Criteria for selection of the best offer: delivery time, cost, quality, condition of containers, payment terms, work experience;
7) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Section I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
8) This bidding procedure is also not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
