Payment terms:
Payment is made within 60 calendar days after the end of the month in which the delivery was made.
Delivery terms:
Transportation costs to the recipient's warehouse are included in the product price.

Comments: Prices are provided without VAT, taking into account transport costs.
1. The participant's offer placed on the ETP in electronic form must necessarily contain the information provided by the fields of the spreadsheet. If the name of the proposed product is missing in the "Name" field, this offer will not be considered. A link to the uploaded file is not allowed (for example: "see the participant's offer"). Filling with different characters ( * , -,..., etc.) is not allowed.
2. The proposals of the participants included in the register of unreliable suppliers will not be accepted for consideration!
In order to exclude any risks, the Company reserves the right to check potential suppliers for reliability and integrity with any available tools and methods when choosing a winner.
3. The offered products must be new, not used (unless the terms of purchase explicitly provide otherwise), a written confirmation must be uploaded to the procurement documentation.
4. The following persons are invited to participate:
- Manufacturers of the requested products;
- Official representatives, dealers (it is mandatory to provide supporting certificates, certificates, official letters of the manufacturer on the authorization to sell the requested products);
5. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Fulfillment of all stated requirements;
- Offer price;
- Participant status (manufacturer, dealer);
- Terms of delivery of products;
- The consent of the participant with the wording of the organizer's contract, the signing of the contract without a protocol of disagreements (the official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP);
- Fixing the price for the entire delivery period from the moment of participation in the procedure until the moment of delivery of the goods at the customer's warehouse (official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP).
6. Delivery of products in accordance with the stated requirements (both regulatory documentation and additional requirements of the applicant, agreed by the parties).
This procedure for requesting proposals is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the customer.
This request for proposals is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications.
