Comments:

4) Suppliers who have won the tender of proposals for the first time need to conclude an agreement with the buyer.
5) Proposals of Bidders that do not correspond to the subject of Call for Bidding (i.e. equivalents), unless otherwise specified in the bidding documentation, will not be considered.
