Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Attention!
MANDATORY CONDITIONS FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS:

1) Frequency of deliveries - according to the orders of the Buyer according to demand, Q4 2019 and all of 2020

2) THE PRICE MUST BE REMAINED WHEN CHANGING THE VOLUME TO DELIVERY

3) KP should contain information about min. parties, produ. power units / month; delivery time;

4) prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for a period not less than 12/31/2020;

5) urgent delivery of the sample for testing (if it has not been tested before, or testing passed with comments).
It is necessary without waiting for the request and closing of the competition. In the name of Kantaev Kamila Georgievna, Krasnodar, Solnechnaya St. 15/5 in the correspondence sector of Tander JSC;

6) requirements for participants - Appendix 7.

7) guarantee - according to the model agreement (enclose), unless otherwise specified in the statement of work.

Participation is free of charge.
An electronic digital signature is not required.

Only ONE LEGAL ENTITY can participate in the tender procedure from a group of AFFILIATED (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing from the competition all affiliated participants.
