| Payment terms: | advance payment of 30% of the contract amount shall be transferred to the Supplier within 25 (Twenty five) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract, provided that the bank guarantee for the repayment of the advance payment and other documents according to the conditions Contract. The Advance is credited proportionally. The Final payment in the amount of 70% for each shipment is transferred to the Supplier within 45 (Forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing the commercial consignment note TORG-12 on condition of receiving a positive result of the input control.
Delivery of the Equipment is carried out by supplier's transport Provider. |
