In the procedure, the participant indicates the tariff for the removal of 1 pallet in the context of directions. According to the results of the bidding, if you are the winner, the percentage of your offer deviation from the Celta tariff specified in the procedure is calculated. This% will be applied to the tariff scale for the indicated direction in the context of 1-20 pallets. As a result, an individual tariff scale will be signed with the winner based on his% deviation.
The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (connected) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
