Participants are required to complete the attached forms (Application for participation in the tender, qualification form with annexes and Privacy Agreement).
Participants who have been pre-qualified under this procedure will be invited to participate in phase 2 of the procurement procedure. This pre-qualification is not a notice of tendering and is not a public offer, the Promoter has no obligation to the suppliers who have participated in the request, including obligations to conclude any contracts with the persons who submitted their proposals.$
This preliminary qualification is not a bid or a public contest in the understanding of Art. 447-449,1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
The Organizer has the right to refuse to carry out the procedure at any of the stages without incurring any material responsibility to the Participants.
The Promoter reserves the right to extend and/or change the date of consideration of the Participants' proposals and the conclusion of the preliminary qualification.
