Payment terms:
The Buyer shall pay for the supplied products by money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account as follows: 100% of the value of the goods – within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the entire consignment of goods from the carrier in the buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
delivery time is 30 calendar days from the date of signature of the specification. The supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on his own to the buyer's warehouse. Products from manufacturers, representatives of the manufacturer, official dealers and distributors are accepted for delivery. The presence of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of goods when entering the warehouse is mandatory. The supplied goods must be new and not repaired. When shipping the goods mandatory notification of the buyer with the provision of copies: tax invoices, TORG-12 consignment note and the documents confirming sending of goods via the Carrier. The supplier accepts the terms of the model contract of the UK.
Comments: the condition for participation in the request for proposals and conclusion of the supply contract is the presence of the status-the manufacturer, or acting dealer authority with the factories-manufacturers. The status of the supplier must be immediately confirmed after the end of the procedure with the provision of the necessary electronic documents.
1. Conclusion of the contract only in the Standard edition of PJSC "Southern Kuzbass" without a protocol of disagreement (see attachment).
2. Obligatory attaching to the system of the certificate of Conformity, permission for application, certificate of the dealer, the commercial offer, with indication of delivery term and terms of payment, the reference-list!
3. The year of product release is not earlier than 2017!
4. The quantity of the goods can be changed, in case of changes of requisitions.
5. This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
6. After the procedure of Regrind-offers on additional change of the price offer for consideration are not accepted.
