Auto-extension

Payment terms:
the payment is made within 45 calendar days after the end of the month in which the supply.
Delivery terms:
Delivery of products is carried out by road to a warehouse of the buyer (ORGANIZATION of Lukoil-AIK "174 km of motorway Surgut-Novy Urengoy) or railway station of kogalym, taking into account all the costs and risks of delivery. Delivery can carried out completely or by individual parties and be accompanied by all the necessary documents according to the list of specified supply contract.
Mandatory loadable electronic documents:
1. Scanned copy of the quotation with prices, terms and conditions of delivery;
2. List of constituent documents (list attached attached file);
3. Permits (conformity certificate, permission to apply if the products are subject to obligatory certification).
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and fastened together with seal of the enterprise.
Price request against the annual requirement.
Submission of proposals from the party means compliance with all requirements specified in the query to the assortment of goods, as well as unconditional acceptance of the conditions of contract and specifications.

The winner of a tender procedure is defined, subject to approval by signing the Model Treaty without differences, according to the following criteria:
1. Minimum price;
2. Optimal delivery time of products;
3. The quality of products;

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
The present request prices does not constitute (public offer). The organizer has the right to abandon the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the end of the deadline.
