Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.
When submitting offers:
- The ability to change the volume by plus/ minus 30% of the contract amount
- Willingness to work on a letter of guarantee
- The equipment must be delivered on time according to the terms of reference from the moment the Customer sends a letter of guarantee (GP) to the Contractor, or the contract is signed in the absence of GP.
- Attach to the bid for participation a detailed Technical and Commercial Proposal with a breakdown of the price in the context of each item.
-All costs are included in the cost of the Commercial Proposal

Participation is free.
E-Signature is not required.

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated Bidders.
