Comments:
1. The participant must be a user registered with the Chamber of Commerce-procurement B2b system-Kordiant "on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and with rights Party System.
2. All prices in the proposal should include all taxes and other obligatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all of the discounts offered by the provider.
3. This procedure is not a competition or a public offer and is not governed by art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 CIVIL CODE. The buyer has the right to abandon the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the end of the deadline without imposition of liability.
4. If the supplier accepts the bid, it agrees in case of declaring the winner to conclude the contract on delivery of the model form of OJSC «Kordiant» without disagreements and to deliver on the terms specified in the announcement of the purchase.
