Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Payment terms:The Buyer pays for the actually delivered goods of proper quality and completeness within 60 (Sixty) days from the date of receipt by the Buyer of the goods and the originals of shipping documents. The price includes all shipping, shipping, packaging and other mandatory payments
Delivery terms:Essential conditions*:

Delivery by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse must be included in the cost of the products."
3. A part of the products (items) can be selected. The readiness of the work is confirmed if individual items are selected when summing up the results.
