Payment terms:
upon delivery within 10 days from the date of receipt at the Buyer's warehouse, the price includes VAT and shipping costs. When delivering goods on a quantitative tolerance basis, payment is made based on the actual weight of the goods. The actual weight of the goods is determined on the scales of the Buyer.
Delivery terms:
delivery to the Buyer's warehouse March-70 tons, April-70 tons, May 70 tons (wagon delivery to the station Lokomotivstroy SKZHD is possible). Shipment within 10 days from the date of signing the contract. Weighing on the scales of EPM-NEZ JSC.
Comments: The participant who participated in the procedure (made a proposal), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obligated to upload the following documents to the system:
1. Charter (with all additions and changes, if any).
2. Certificate of state registration.
3. Certificate of tax registration.
4. Extract from the register.
5. The balance sheet as of the last reporting date with a mark of the tax authority on acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the representative’s authority to sign documents:
- Decision (Protocol).
- Power of attorney.
