Delivery terms:
Delivery of products may be carried out by the supplier’s transport, or by self-pickup, in big bags. In case of delivery by the Supplier’s transport, shipping costs are included in the price of the products.
The delivery time of products within 10 calendar days from the date of the official application of PJSC "ChMK" (in the period from April to December 2019).
Comments: When submitting an application, the participant must agree to the terms and conditions of the draft agreement. In case of refusal to conclude a contract on the conditions specified in this documentation, the Organizer has the right to cancel the results of the procurement procedure Conclusion of a contract in the form of PJSC ChMK, within 20 working days.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a type of tender / auction / public offer and is not subject to the regulation of articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
