Delivery terms:
The delivery of products can be carried out by the Supplier's transport, or by the Buyer's transport in big bags according to the following requirements of the applicant's workshop in accordance with the customer's Terms of Reference.

The ownership of the supplied products passes at the time of transfer of the products in the Buyer's warehouse. In case of pickup at the Supplier's warehouse.
Payment for the delivered products is made after receiving the products and accompanying documents provided for in the contract (certificates, passports, instructions, etc.) for the products in the Buyer's warehouse within 60 calendar days from the receipt of the invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.

Comments: When submitting an Application, the Participant is obliged to agree with the terms and wording of the draft agreement.
