Обоснование: ООО «БАУЛЮКС» 18.11.2019 года опубликовал запрос предложений № 1386971 на закупку Ленточных конвейеров УКЛС-650, L-650м и УКЛС-650, L-5 м в количестве по 1 шт.
В процессе подведения итогов компания ООО «Конвейер-Строй» признана Победителем и на основании этого был подготовлен договор и спецификация на закупку требуемых ТМЦ. Договора подписались и были направлены в адрес Поставщика, а именно в ООО «Конвейер-Строй».
Через некоторое время нами получено письмо от Поставщика-Победителя, в котором указывалось, что они не смогут осуществить поставку в наш адрес Конвейеров согласно Приложения № 1 Приложения № 2 (опросные листы и чертежи).
04.02.2020 года заключен Договор с альтернативным Поставщиком ООО Машиностроительный завод «ВОСТОК», компанией, которая предоставила дополнительную скидку на Конвейера, а так же отсрочку платежа.
Наши выводы: ООО МЗ «ВОСТОК» - рекомендуем к заключению Договора
ООО «Конвейер-Строй» - не рекомендуем к заключению Договора.
