Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the payment for the delivered product is made by the buyer in the following order:
- Buyer makes advance payment of 30% (twenty per cent) of the cost within 20 (twenty) working days from the moment of signing by the parties to the Treaty, and on the basis of the account provider.
- Final payment in the amount of 70% (eighty percent) of the cost within 20 (twenty) calendar days after delivery of all goods, merchandise invoice signed by the parties, subject to the availability of invoice or universal gear document (UPD) and based on the vendor account.
Delivery terms:goods delivery is carried out to the buyer with a duly executed documents for a period of 5 (five) working days from the moment of signing by the parties to the Treaty. Delivery time is an essential condition of the contract.
