Payment terms:50% - Prepayment, 50% - payment upon delivery of products.
Delivery terms:The term of shipment is 7 calendar days from the date of prepayment. Delivery by the forces and means of the supplier by rail (to the Uva-1 station of the Gorkovskaya railway) or by road. Shipping costs are included in the product price.

The procedure is carried out in order to analyze the market, search for manufacturers and suppliers of products.

Shipping costs are included in the product price.
Prepayment - 100%
The term of shipment is 7 calendar days from the date of prepayment.

The method of delivery of products can be different:
If by railway transport to the station. Uva-1 Gorky railway. (station code 276406), it is better packed in big bags.
If by road transport, delivery is possible both in bulk and in big bags.

Mandatory documents:
1. Declaration of Conformity
2. Partner card
3. Charter (title page, page with legal address, page with types of activities and page with a stamp of the tax authority). If there have been changes to the charter, then the latest version of the charter or changes to the charter is provided.
4. Certificate of state registration of a legal entity (OGRN).
5. Tax registration certificate (TIN, KPP).
6. Order on the appointment of the head and chief accountant.
7. Power of attorney, if the company is not represented by the head, but by a person by power of attorney.
8. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities valid for no more than 6 (six) months. If changes were made to the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, then the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities with the latest changes.
9. Orders, powers of attorney for the right to sign invoices, invoices from the company.
10. Notification of statistics authorities.
11. Copies of pages 2, 3 of the manager's passport.
12. Financial statements for the last reporting date before the conclusion of the contract (form 1,2) with a mark of tax / or receipts for electronic submission of reports.
13. Tax declaration for VAT the last tax period with a mark of tax / or receipts for electronic submission of reports (title page, section 1, 3 of the declaration).
14. In the event of a mismatch in the legal address, the non-residential premises lease agreement (page 1, page with the term of the lease agreement, the page with the details and the act of acceptance of the transfer of the premises).

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
