ANALOGUES ARE NOT ADDRESSED IN THIS PROCEDURE. Prices must be given with VAT and delivery by road, on pallets, to our warehouses. Warning: Price is the most weighty, but not the only criterion for offering valuation. The criteria for offering evaluation include: Compliance with TK/Specifications/Quality; Delivery time/Fulfillment; Warranty/shelf life; Deferred payment; Business reputation/experience with MBN; Readiness work under a model contract (without the record of disagreement).
In the commercial proposal, indicate readiness to work under the Model TB Agreement. In case of the same price, a Supplier willing to work under the TB Model Contract is preferred. In case of the same price, supply by road is preferred. All vehicles that deliver the Item to the Buyer's warehouse must be equipped with trackers provided by the Buyer. It is necessary to attach a certified route to the ETP (with a bypass of ASF zones).
