Delivery terms:
LLC RUSAGRO-PRIMORYE - 0.5 tons. Delivery from October 15, 2020, according to the Buyer's application. The price must be given with VAT and delivery to the warehouse at the address: Primorsky Territory, Mikhailovsky District, Mikhailovka village, feed mill LLC RUSAGRO-PRIMORYE. Delivery by road by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse according to the Buyer's schedule.

Comments: To participate in the auction, you must obtain RUSAGRO accreditation on the B2B-Center ETP. Trades will be held in 1 stage. Commercial offers are accepted according to the template (see attachment). We work according to our contract form and annexes (in the attachment). Also, the winner of the auction will need to provide a full set of statutory documents (in the attachment). Prices must be given with VAT, on pallets, sealed with stretch film, and delivery by road to our warehouses. In the auction, you must specify the minimum price for the Goods. All vehicles delivering the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse must be equipped with trackers provided by the Buyer. It is imperative to attach a certified route for vehicles (bypassing ASF zones) on the ETP.
If several offers indicate the same lowest price for the Lot, the winner of the electronic auction is the applicant whose price offer was received earlier than other offers, all other things being equal. If the applicant, for technical reasons or some other (problems in power supply, power surges, lack of the Internet, employees on a business trip) could not be posted on the electronic site, his commercial offers by e-mail will not be accepted. Everything is only on the electronic platform.
It is imperative to submit to the tax service "consent to recognize part of the tax secret information on the presence (settlement / non-regulation) of an unformed source along the chain of suppliers of goods (works / services) for the deduction of the amount of VAT, publicly available".
Otherwise, cooperation is impossible. On the website informresurs.hartiya-apk.rf, the counterparty must have a "green" status, not a "red" one. The final selection of suppliers and volumes of OOO RUSAGRO-PRIMORYE selects referring to intragroup regulations and rules.
