For the Belgorod branch of Tambov Bacon LLC: 1700 kg. Delivery: October 2020 - December 2020, in lots of 500-1000 kg, according to the Buyer's schedule. The price must be given with VAT and delivery to the warehouse at the address: Belgorod Region, Shebekino, st. Harvest, 20 G. At the entrance to the Belgorod Region, it is necessary to undergo sanitary treatment of the vehicle and present the Act on sanitation when unloading the Goods at the Buyer's warehouse. Delivery by road by the Supplier.
The volume for LLC Rusagro-Primorye is 100 kg. Delivery: from October 15, 2020, according to the Buyer's application.
Comments: Deferral of payment 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer's warehouse. Prices must be given with VAT and delivery by road, on pallets, to our warehouses. If the VAT is different, then the prices are compared without VAT.
To participate in the auction, you must obtain RUSAGRO accreditation on the B2B-Center ETP. Trades will be held in 1 stage. We work according to our contract form and annexes (in the attachment). Commercial offers are accepted only in the form of the Buyer (template in the attachment). In the commercial proposal, indicate the willingness to work under the standard TB / RAP Agreement. All vehicles delivering the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse must be equipped with trackers provided by the Buyer. It is imperative to attach a certified route for vehicles to the ETP (bypassing ASF zones).
If several offers indicate the same lowest price for the Lot, the winner of the electronic auction is the applicant whose price offer was received earlier than other offers, all other things being equal. If the applicant for technical reasons or some other (problems in power supply, power surges, lack of the Internet, employees on a business trip) could not be posted on the electronic site, his commercial offers by e-mail will not be accepted.
It is mandatory to attach documents to the application for concluding an agreement, according to the list (the list is attached).
It is imperative to submit to the tax service "consent to recognize part of the tax secret information on the presence (settlement / non-regulation) of an unformed source along the chain of suppliers of goods (works / services) for the deduction of the amount of VAT, publicly available".
Otherwise, cooperation is impossible. On the website informresource.hartia-apk.rf, the counterparty must have a "green" status, not a "red" one.
The final selection of suppliers and volumes the Buyer chooses referring to intragroup regulations and rules.
This RFP procedure does not constitute an auction or tender, and is not subject to the Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not imply the Customer's legal obligations to choose the supplier.
