For Belgorod branch of LLC "Tambov bacon": 15 tn, delivery period: June 2021 - August 2021, in batches of 5 tn, according to the Buyer's schedule. The price must be given with VAT and delivery to the warehouse at the address: Belgorod region. Shebekino, st. Urozhajnaya, 20 Delivery with bypass of ASF zones! When entering Belgorod region, it is necessary to undergo san.treatment of the vehicle and present the Act of san.processing when unloading the Goods at the Buyer's warehouse. Delivery of vehicles by means of the Supplier.
Comments: To participate in the bidding, it is necessary to obtain RUSAGRO accreditation at the B2B-Center ETP. Bidding will be held in stage 1. We work on our contract form and applications (in the attachment). Commercial offers are accepted only in the form of the Buyer (template in the attachment).

The winner will need to provide a complete set of statutory documents according to the list (in the attachment). Prices must be given with VAT, on pallets, covered with stretch film, and delivery by road to our warehouses. In the auction it is necessary to specify the minimum price for the Product. After the bidding process, the best Product will be selected depending on the price-quality ratio. Preliminary provision of a sample for research - a must!
One of the products will be chosen. If VAT is different, then prices without VAT are compared. Be sure to attach to the application for ETP a certificate/declaration of conformity, qualitative certification/passport of quality indicating the content of acids in the composition, activity test report and thermal stability, instructions for use registered in the Rosselkhoznadzor, a document from the Manufacturer on thermal stability.
All vehicles that deliver the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse must be equipped with trackers provided by the Buyer. It is necessary to attach to the ETP a certified route of transport (with a bypass of ASF zones).
If several offers indicate the same lowest price for the Lot, the winner of electronic trading is recognized as the applicant whose price offer came earlier than other offers , all other things being equal. If the applicant for technical reasons or some other (problems in power supply, voltage surges, lack of Internet, finding employees on a business trip) could not be put out on the electronic platform, its commercial offers by email are not accepted.
It is necessary to submit to the IFNS "consent on the recognition of part of the information of tax secrecy on the presence (settlement/unregulation) of an unformed source along the chain of suppliers of goods (work/services) for acceptance for the deduction of the amount of VAT, publicly available."
