Auto-extension

Delivery terms:

If in a few sentences the same specified the lowest price per lot, winner e-bidding applicant, recognized quotation which previously received other proposals, ceteris paribus.
If an applicant for technical reasons or some other (problems in power supply, power surges, lack of Internet presence of staff on mission) was unable to expose the com. proposal on an electronic platform, its com. offers by e-mail will not be accepted. Discusses only KP obtained at the ETP.
