Contractor's materials:
all other materials according to the estimated calculation of the Contractor (mandatory coordination of the prices of materials with the SEB of JSC "Minudobreniya").

- Mandatory visit of the object by representatives
Contractor to review the terms and conditions
production and clarification of the scope of work before the provision of the TAP with an indication in the TAP of the appropriate certification.
- When forming the TAP, take into account the current prices for materials.
The contractor must provide:
• a copy of an extract from the register of SRO membership for the construction of an increased level of responsibility (especially dangerous, technically complex objects, OPO-I hazard class) (with a TP of more than 3,000,000 rubles);
• confirm the presence of work experience in similar types of work;
• confirm the presence of positive references;
• balance sheet or profit and loss statement for the last 3 years;
