Ranking of bids

Contractor's material (obligatory coordination of the prices of materials with OEB JSC "Mineral Fertilizers").
- Mandatory site visits by representatives of the Contractor to familiarize themselves with the production conditions and to clarify the scope of work before providing the technical specifications with an indication of the relevant certification in the technical specifications.
- As part of the TCH to provide their own estimates for the performance of work.
- When forming TCH, take into account current prices for materials.
