Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Advance payment is not provided. Payment for work performed made by the Customer within 45 calendar days from the date of signing of documents confirming the performance of work (phase of work execution) by the Contractor. Term of payment of work performed under the contract (single phase agreement) to be entered into as a result of purchases from small and medium-sized enterprises, with the contract price or up to 5 million rubles. VAT (inclusive) shall be within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of an instrument of acceptance of work performed under the contract (single phase of the contract).
Response to a request should clearly determine the price of a unit of work (services) with the application price structures with explanations of items - salary fund, travel expenses, job and production services performed by third parties.
The cost of works to be included all the expenses necessary to perform a full range of works, including freight charges, insurance, obtaining a bank guarantee, payment of customs duties, taxes, fees and other mandatory payments and other costs during the work.
