Dear Bidders!

Mandatory conditions:
• Payment procedure and terms - in accordance with the conditions specified in the description (name) of the lots.

• Please pay attention to the need to fill in all calculation options (both lots)

• Interim financing is carried out on the basis of the accepted stage (the stage is spelled out in the contract) or on the basis of the accepted percentage (no more than 2 times a month).

• The need for accreditation in JSC "Tander" for the design of large-format construction and repair facilities to review the results of the tender and further work

• Payment of the Guarantee amount in the amount of 3% of the Contract value is made 1 year after the date of signing the Act of delivery and acceptance of the completed works. This condition is included in the agreement if the amount of the agreement is equal to or exceeds 1,000,000 rubles.

• Term of works - 130 calendar days

• The approximate date of the start of work is 13.03.2024.

• The type of activity of the organization must correspond to the declared lot.

• The level of responsibility of the SRO at the time of conclusion of the Contract should correspond to the cost of the work performed.

• Consent to the terms of the contract and the financing procedure.

• Estimated documentation should be developed in accordance with Appendix 3 "Procedure for determining the estimated cost of general construction, special works"

• The validity period of the Commercial Proposal is at least 1 month

• The original Contract signed by the counterparty must be received by the Customer no later than 7 calendar days from the date of sending the specified document to the Contractor

• Availability of permits for design and construction and installation works of the fire extinguishing system.

• Availability of SRO for the design of fire protection systems, certified employees engaged in the design of fire safety systems, according to Resolution No. 2106 of 11/30/2021.

• Provide a reference list on the experience of designing fire extinguishing systems at warehouse and production facilities.


Other requirements and explanations:
• Absence of problematic objects of JSC "Tander" according to the main criteria: there is no judicial / pre-judicial work with the contractual counterparty, the absence of unresolved critical comments (indicated in the act of the final commission, etc. in a similar document), etc.

• Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.

• The contractual counterparty cannot have more than 1 object with a full-cycle design (AI + PD + EPD + RD).
Provided that the Contractual counterparty has a valid contract for 1 object with full-cycle design, then for single-stage design (AI + PD + EPD or AI + RD) it can have no more than 3 objects.
If the contractual counterparty does not have full-cycle design objects, then one-stage design (AI + PD + EPD or AI + RD) it can have no more than 5 objects.
Contracts that are not fully documented are taken into account. "

• According to the results of the competition, it is possible to appoint a reserve counterparty.
Criteria for the transition from the main counterparty to the reserve counterparty: non-fulfillment of the terms of the agreement by the main counterparty, refusal of the main counterparty to sign the agreement.
The appointment of the Company as a reserve will be carried out only with the prior consent of the counterparty with the designation of the possible transition period (provision of a letter of guarantee from Contractual Counterparty).
