Payment terms:Advance payment is not applicable. Payment upon receipt of products within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery and provision of the original invoices, waybills, copies of transport invoices with the mark of the recipient.

Comments:
Bidding for the right to enter into an Agreement for the supply of materials in accordance with the procurement items. Bidding is conducted to determine the Supplier with a minimum fixed price. Costumes will be sampled from APRIL 2020 TO SEPTEMBER 2020, INCLUDED!
The list of materials reflected in the lot is for guidance only and serves to fix unit prices. With the supplier who has submitted the best offer, subject to all conditions, there will be a signed specification fixing the cost of materials per unit. Purchase is on request.
Delivery must be carried out within 7 days from the date of application.

1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Participants in this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant, to their proposals in electronic form this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).


Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
